However, the beauty of the transfer portal, at least in this case, is that there are almost always going to be more options available. The latest name to be linked to Carolina is seven-footer Ugonna Onyenso, who spent the last two seasons with Kentucky.
Onyenso averaged 3.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.8 blocks per game for the Wildcats this past year. Despite notching just 18.6 minutes per contest, Onyenso’s 2.8 bpg tied for fifth in the country.
